Pros

Pros are non existent with this company!!

Cons

The cons with this company are they are very unorganized they had two team leads give me totally different schedules after working one schedule for a month straight! They have training that last 3 weeks then they expect you to fully know how to navigate quickbooks online! They also make” business decisions “ where they fire multiple agents for no reason . So they basically don’t care about the people they hire because of course we all have lives to maintain !

Pros

Company has great benefits and pay. Very respectful co workers and management.

Cons

The work is tough and is very difficult. Large amount of knowledge to support the product is needed and lots of info silos. Going to be transferring customers a lot.
