Pros

Customers were not too bad up until deadlines. Trainers were alright.

Cons

Training could be longer and go more in depth. Training did not exactly reflect what customer situations we would actually handle. Really pushed finding answers with resources that were not too extensive or helpful at times. Pay could be a bit better for the amount of stress you are put under.
