Life at Intuit

Pros

Work Balance is great, no micro-managing and an amazing work culture. The pay is really good and it comes with excellent commission. We also get "spot lights" that are given as gift cards to varies retail store, hotels or rentals. The people here at Intuit are so friendly and helpful, everyone works as a team. Probably the best company I've ever worked for!

Cons

For me it would be location because I live up north. Working hybrid does help and the company provides a travel allowance so I guess that's still a pro.

Completely disorganized. Personal lives bled into professional. There was a lot of bullying and very little support Stay away from this company
