Pros

-- Lots of flexibility -- Highly capable and professional people, a pleasure to work with -- Remote work is the standard -- Good pay and good (limited) benefits for part-time seasonal personnel -- Good opportunities for advancement, for those who wish to pursue them -- Strong corporate values and leadership

Cons

A sizable portion of the staff is "seasonal." While that makes sense for the short-time need for customer service staff during tax season, for other positions it creates a disruption in workflow and a disincentive for people looking to build a career. Personally I like having 13 weeks off (unpaid) each year and working parttime (I've been with Intuit for 14 years), but that setting is difficult for people who must rely on their job for a stable income.
