good pay, work from home, they do not micromanage

Cons

non-stop calls and chats, you are not trained well, so you have to google and figure out hw to help them.

Great benefits, schedule accommodates 100% work/life balance. Your knowledge of federal, and more so with state tax code, will grow exponentially.

Cons

Intuit is one of the most progressive companies I have worked for, so if you are not good with change, then this is not the work environment for you.
