      Pros

      Great culture and great benfits. The shift to focus on cloud is the right priority and the future is promising for Intuit. You'll be surrounded by engaged, passionate people.

      Cons

      Cyclical lay offs. Lots of change that can be overwhelming. Internal tools are frustrating and often lead to unneeded complexity to roles. Career growth is slow here.

      Pros

      -Great benefits plan 100% family coverage -Snack table & Starbucks coffee provided -Nap rooms -Nice office -Presidents club trip each year for top performers -Gym and tv & games lounge -Voted one of best 10 workplaces to work in Canada consistently each year. -Christmas parties were always top notch -Good culture & values -Brad Smith CEO is a great leader

      Cons

      -Hired as a consultant, but the current management really turned into a call centre role.. all they cared about was dials dials dials, total amount of talk time while also having insane amount of administration and duplication of effort to do. Sticking to a script/call plan which is important to a degree but it became less about actually helping our customers and providing quality consultations and just about the numbers regardless if you were making sales or not. As far as I am aware making sales should be the most important thing, but apparently a dial and not speaking to someone is something they care about? -No advancement opportunity unless you basically switch career to something else.. (i.e. marketing, or support)
