Pros

Great benefits. Fun co-workers. Decent pay if you perform well.

Cons

Management does not instill trust or honesty in their employees. They have proven they will stab anyone in the back to cover their own deficiencies. Too much middle management. If you do a good job in your position, they will stifle your internal growth opportunities.

Great Place to Work

Pros

Working with and learning from extremely smart people - the best of the best. Treat employees really well and have great benefits

Cons

Too many meetings discussing what we need to do instead of getting things done. It can sometimes be rather political - and people who are good politically get ahead faster than people who are less political but know how to get things done.

Pros

Intuit has a great culture and the CEO is amazing. 1- The compensation is pretty good 2- good work/life balance. 3- excellent benefits 4- great culture and nice people

Cons

Intuit had consistently been a good place to work but every year it gets just a bit worse. Don't get me wrong.. Still a good place to work but definitely worse than before. Here are some reasons why: 1- Lots of politics. It use to be minimal but now it feels like a the government with tons of favoritism, pet projects and back door deals. 2- Its hard to be motivated when you expect a re-org, layoff or change in strategy every 6 months. Some people have had a new boss nearly every 3-6 months. 3- This isn't Facebook or google or startup. Expect to move slow like molasses. You will get frustrated if you are somebody that wants to gets sh*t done. 4- The food isn't great and there aren't snacks or drinks. 5- Expect tons of meetings.
