Pros

Good work life balance; Good people working around you; in the unit that I am, they have excellent people managers. Very good senior leaders who care deeply about the culture of the work place. They recently fixed their immigration GC policies.

Cons

1. Conservative company in terms of investing on innovation. They don't pay as much as google or Facebook; consequently the talent you end up getting is not at the same level. 2. Great place to work if you are above 35 or 40 and you care about being around awesome people; but instead if your priority is career growth, instead look for a start up.

Integrity with way too many compromises

Pros

That all depends on what you review, survey or article you are reading. But here are a few: - Great front line people - Can be fun, if upper management will leave it alone.

Cons

- Constant reminder that your work can easily be shifter to India - Not considered out-sourced as they built a building out there. - India staff are not nearly the level that they are said to be. - Stagnant pay scales - Ever increasing medical premiums, most years raises don't even cover added medical costs. - Constant shuffle of middle management leaves front line employees always changing directions.

Pros

Principles and vision excel: Company treats employees well, very generous benefits and compensation, great work/life balance, senior leadership has good vision and strong principles reinforced from the top, excellent senior executives; heart's in the right place.

Cons

Execution is poor: Meeting obsession, units rife with division, organizations that cannot adapt, pace and scale of change slow, a culture of indulgence that rewards tenure rather achievement, and the general level of engineering technical acumen is low; all contribute to low quality of product and outcomes.
