Pros

They pay good for their US employees

Cons

All decisions are made by small amount of people in the leadership. You must influence them personally one by one in order to convince them to vote for your idea. As an individual who is not in the leadership you do not have real option to influence, just do what you are told. In the current market it is not the expected management style

Pros

Salary & benefits. Leading-edge technology experience. Work with some v. smart people. Casual work environment.

Cons

Bureaucratic, hierarchical, highly political. High-pressure, long hours, demanding, no let-up. Saccharin & Stepford-like culture -- criticism or dissent are not tolerated. Employees regarded as disposable.
