Pros

Intuit has great benefits to include time off and sick time. They also offer great trainings to further your career or just improve your skills in current job.

Cons

There is just to much change and movement for me.

Pros

+ Great growth and mobility opportunities + Awesome on-site activities and small business events throughout the year that really brings the local community and employees together +There's a lot of pride/intrinsic value in your daily work (mission impact, positive brand, etc.) +Generous and top-tier benefits +Abundance of high performers, mentors, and leaders- bar is consistently high across orgs

Cons

-Not a con for everyone, but hybrid culture is valued and no current signs of shifting to fully remote across the company-- new/existing employees should consider if this fits with their lifestyle
