Pros

Intuit genuinely knows how to take care of its employees—through comprehensive benefits as well as a work-life balance that, while not perfect, is definitely better than most companies. There are occasional evening calls, but this usually depends on your role, responsibilities, and interest. If you’d like to collaborate more closely or learn from colleagues in the US, being available in their time zone can be valuable.

Cons

For those not based in Bangalore, it can sometimes feel limiting that Intuit hasn’t expanded to other locations in India. However, this seems to be a strategic decision by the company.
