Cons

no career growth path within the company layoff becomes the annual event despite revenue growth,, instead backfilling from India project management team is way too weak was better place, the trend of "best place to work for" has been continuously slipped for last 4 years..

Pros

- You can totally be yourself at work - Facilities and amenities are fantastic... best in class - My compensation is competitive and my benefits are outstanding - Rewards are frequent and recognition is public

Cons

- Everything is in place to make me happy in what I'm doing now... but what if I want to progress? - It feels like I'm being lulled to sleep... warm, comfortable, rocking back and forth... but I want to wake up and build a future and there's no where to go in my career
