Worsening culture and ineffective leadership

Pros

Competitive pay and benefits Smart, hardworking colleagues

Cons

The removal of employee surveys has effectively eliminated a key channel for honest feedback. This signals a lack of commitment to listening to employees and creates a culture where concerns are suppressed rather than addressed EMEA marketing leadership is a significant concern. The management approach is frequently aggressive and top-down. Communication style can be dismissive and, at times, intimidating, which has contributed to a noticeably hostile work environment. There is a clear lack of psychological safety. Team members are reluctant to challenge ideas or raise concerns, leading to reduced collaboration, lower morale, and missed opportunities for improvement.

Pros

Remote work, make your own schedule

Cons

Over the past season they try to shove AI where it shouldn't micromanage and have your bonus up in the air with unclear and everchanging metric. Very poor training of experts. Seems like none glitches in systems can cost bonuses. Management dismissive of hours cut concerns. We weren't upped till VALENTINES DAY while experts had 60 hours cap since January. Promotions are a lottery

Pros

Work from home, flexible hours with 20 hour min requirement, 36 hour requirement for tax peak.

Cons

Not enough training, more like a call center help customer from using the product to preparing tax returns, not enough incentives this year or spotlight rewards, lost a lot of time with my family and because I didn’t meet 1 day requirement for the 36 hours they did not “qualify” me for the $1,300 end of season bonus. I had a funeral to go to on one of those days so I lost $1,300. Don’t forget that the customer is not right at least not this year.
