Pros

The benefits are the only pro.

Cons

The work environment and culture are incredibly toxic. Claim to be diverse but are not. Forced to work two positions and only paid for one. Promised a position but went back on their word. Told me I was lucky to be there because of the benefits so I should be grateful. Manager played favorites with her friends that were on the team. Lied to my face multiple times.
