Pros

Very Much Employee-friendly Party and free food.

Cons

No work.So more politics and show off. Spent 80% time only on meeting to arrange another meeting. More incline to show company z gr8 by facebook and twitter posts They talk about open culture, but there is no such. Growth and Learning is very less as compared to others. Lay-off happens every year.

Pros

One to the best reasons to work for Intuit is the various work schedules to choose from and that ability to work from home.

Cons

They are too big! constantly changing score metrics so that it's not how well you do your job but how well you can convince your customer to refer Intuit. It's all about the money and not the people, although that is what they say, but that is not what they do.

Pros

I feel extremely fortunate for my time spent at Intuit. I got unrivalled experience in Edmonton at a global tech company, met many amazing people, and had the opportunity to give back to the community many times over the years. Intuit did a great job making the workplace fun with frequent parties, celebrations and other social activities. The hours were sometimes long and the job was often stressful but I still enjoyed it immensely.

Cons

There was some dead weight that the company was afraid to get rid of and many of the Toronto-based leaders were egotistical. The hours could be very long at times. While Intuit said it was environmentally responsible, many of the decisions favoured cost reduction over doing the right thing for the environment. The Canadian team relied too much on the parent US team when making decisions which slowed things down and made Canada less innovative.
