Pros

Health benefits are decent for a call center

Cons

Not enough training, pay is not good enough for the types of calls you handle. Many angry clients. Coaches belittle you. Mine in particular made me feel inferior for having a disability. Unfair scoring practices- I received someone else's bad review- they will not remove bad reviews no matter whose it is, not for any of their employees. Be prepared for LONG calls. High turnover.

Pros

Amazing benefits. Good work/life balance. Challenging work. High level of corporate transparency.

Cons

They lay hundreds of people off each year. They have a poor track record for acquiring companies without enough thought out strategy on how to merge systems, tools and customer benefit.
