Cons

managers in charge of the central enterprise technology team are incompetent. They make business decisions to hold on to their jobs, revise history to suit their argument, and reorganize the teams opportunistically to hide their personal failures.

Bad managers are a plenty. here are some backshudbackbonelessagers who want ppl to,work 24/7. There is lot of politics goinI d around this place . Idontknow how someone rates this place high for work life balance.the work is also substandard. I guess they shud change their motto to "squeeze the employee till last drop of blood".
