Pros

Not much, just the AI budget

Cons

Too many. Speaking like they care when they don't really care about anyone. Speak about values like empathy and growth and just fire people to line up their own pockets. This is the CEO that basically goes to meetings with employees and cries when the stock is down, but when its up just shows up and says: not happy? leave (not a joke this happened)

Pros

The flexibility and 401k contributions are good.

Cons

The bonus requirements were not made clear until the company's busy window and at that point it was almost impossible to meet the requirements. I was giving less than 25% of the bonus earnings due to low tax advice feedback supposedly. Feels like a scam because the tax advice work flow constantly changed this year and the system dropped so many calls, the customers were bound to leave bad feedback.
