Recruiter lies

Pros

Flexible hours if they are available

Cons

They wont tell you how they calculate your bonus and managers see top performers as threats. Upper management is not honest about job duties so recruiters recruit under false pretences.

Pros

Pay, RSU, insurance, nps, free food

Cons

It is no more an employee centric company it was. Well-being of employees does not matter and is not a factor they consider anymore in their internal survey. Employees are seen as assets, evaluating ROI every 6 months. With all these cultural changes, company isn’t doing any better than what it was doing 4 to 5 years back. Toxic culture Stack ranking Conflicting priorities Unrealistic expectations
