None. There is nothing good I can say.

Cons

The training is bad. There is very minimal communication. You’re not allowed to have questions and if you have system issues there is little to no support. They will not help. You drown in training. They are professionals at wasting your time

1. Very toxic. 2. 7-8% DNME culture, so managers hire people to fire them so that they can deliver things with old timers who have more dependency. 3. Very toxic managers. You cant complain to the leadership about your manager, manager will get to know about it and fill fire you in the next cycle. 4. Constant stress of getting fired.
