Pros

Great perks Commute allowance Company wide events

Cons

Micromanagement: I've been asked to explain my hours spent on almost every task Racial Profiling: I had complained to HR about my manager treating me differently and was told to just ignore it.

Pros

- Goodies - Comp is decent - WLB is good

Cons

- Not much technically challenging work - Way too much politics - Layoffs without any good reasons, and you can't fight back because there are people sitting for 15 years and have way too much connections

Pros

-2 WFH days a week (was 3 up until early 2025)

Cons

-Increasingly toxic work culture from 2022-2025 -Terminated with manager citing performance as the reason, which imo was not justified (first bad review mid year-> termination in 3 months with little concrete feedback/opportunity for improvement)
