      Pros

      Intuit has a such a friendly and supportive culture that is hard to come by in the tech industry. My manager was extremely supportive and invested in my personal development. I had several opportunities over the years to gain skills in new areas and advance in my career. I've gotten to work with incredibly talented people who are equally as kindhearted.

      Cons

      A lot of indecision at the executive level that leads to chaos and lack of clarity for teams. Planning and strategies from the top tend to be latent and overly complex. Too many pivots coming down from executive leaders without data or transparency behind those decisions. Disappointing communications coming from leaders regarding recent layoffs that are disparaging to employees and not in alignment with the Intuit culture.

      No work-life balance. Lots of meetings, work load is high, long working hours, late evening slack pings from team-lead/manager, working with multiple teams with different time zones could derails the project deadlines and blame game starts, lots of politics, toxic environment, stressful ...
