Pros

I enjoy the Benefits and the 401k match

Cons

Racist co-workers, constant gossip, even if you have 20 years experience you still have to fight with others and you will be brought on as junior bookkeeper. Your managers and leads will not have time for you. They will not do any due diligence for their employees work, not even to find out who is at fault. You will have to fight to get any type of raise, including one you already have the experience for.

Pros

Choose your own schedule, all materials and training provided, good pay, fun environment

Cons

There tends to be a lot of favoritism and leniency for credentials over actual experience
