Pros

The people I worked with were amazing and I loved my manager and team.

Cons

Don't get too attached. Sasan doesn't care about employees. You are a number and can be replaced with no notice as he does regularly.

Pros

good compensation & benefits worklife balance

Cons

- Extreme politics. Leadership encourages backbiting and betrayal to collect data for perf management. -Gaslighting has become the norm under the current leadership. In order to cover up CK acquisition failure, people were laid off to cut costs under the same old theme . - Values dont matter anymore. Downright abhorrent behavior is passed off as "Intergity without compromise".
