If you look around you'll see people here stay for many years, and for good reason. The benefits are good, the pay is good, the people are nice and the company culture is very positive. What more do you need?

Cons

The promotion process is abysmal. It mainly matters how long you've been in your seat, not how capable you are.

Fantastic coworkers. A real sense of family. Overall there is interesting work. A lot of great incentives for employees.

Cons

Senior leaders don’t listen to employees. And blatantly lie, and tell half truths to avoid answering employee’s questions. More like cheerleaders more than leaders. Whenever possible they tell you how great intuit is, instead of taking employee grievances seriously.
