Awesome benefits, pay was good, management is huge on employee feedback, friendly and cooperative environment, employees are empowered to make good decisions

Pros

The pay was awesome at first, the collaboration between management and peers was great and the benefits were unmatched

Cons

The company was sort of forcing us to be trained in several different products without raising our wages for supporting more products. The growth was chaotic and unorganized and myself and multiple coworkers felt very much so just like a number to them by the time I left. There also wasn’t as much flexibility for me when I wanted to move from phones to chat and I felt as if I was stuck in my same position forever.
