Pros

Work Life balance You Get promised variable component every year.

Cons

Too much politics by Managers Blame game on regular basis People who advertise for Intuit cover pages are the least technical people u could ever work with. Managers have nothing to do with employees career growth. However, They start caring more when AES or Pulse survey dates are near where they are rated indirectly. Legacy tech in most of the team. Leaders themselves have no hands on knowledge on latest tech which they talk about. Not for people who wants to work on modern tech stack. Promotions depend on your social skills only.

Pros

Great benefits and working from home is a plus. CEO is great, but needs to pay attention to leadership at VP level.

Cons

Human resources is highly political. It doesn't matter what or how you do your work, only how political you are. Basically, be sure to use all of the latest Intuit buzz words, make sure your powerpoint is fancy, and do a ton of sucking up and you'll be highly successful...your lack of skills, knowledge, passive aggressive behavior, or laziness won't matter.
