Pros

The flexibility and 401k contributions are good.

Cons

The bonus requirements were not made clear until the company's busy window and at that point it was almost impossible to meet the requirements. I was giving less than 25% of the bonus earnings due to low tax advice feedback supposedly. Feels like a scam because the tax advice work flow constantly changed this year and the system dropped so many calls, the customers were bound to leave bad feedback.

Pros

Work from home, flexible hours with 20 hour min requirement, 36 hour requirement for tax peak.

Cons

Not enough training, more like a call center help customer from using the product to preparing tax returns, not enough incentives this year or spotlight rewards, lost a lot of time with my family and because I didn’t meet 1 day requirement for the 36 hours they did not “qualify” me for the $1,300 end of season bonus. I had a funeral to go to on one of those days so I lost $1,300. Don’t forget that the customer is not right at least not this year.
