Pros

In 2025 people were great and flexible. In 2025 they prorated bonuses and were welcoming. Managers would get to know you, your interest and help you advance in Intuit.

Cons

2026 everyone was unbearable. Its like high school where if someone likes you then they'll help you. They do not try to assist you with anything and are way too strict on the bonus rules. Off by 0.2 hours, sorry $0 bonus. Also I have a disability it was extremely difficult to get accommodations, HR was rude, would not call me and demanded I'd be on Zoom. Lastly their use of AI is terrible, they are forcing employees to use AI, that hallucinates significantly and give tax advice on advance tax situation when the specialist has no understanding,

There are a lot of opportunities especially if you have no experience. The job is what you make of it.

Cons

Can be demanding work. If you are not a good people person, this isn't the job for you.
