Pros

Benefits package is decent, but compensation is not

Cons

Upper management treat you like bottom of the barrel. Pay is significantly lower than the rest of the office.

Pros

The people that I met were very friendly. They dealt with tax software primarily and I'm very good with math so I was looking forward to being able to help people with their problems

Cons

The ONLY reason I didn't stay with them was due to my EXTREMELY long (45+ minutes) commute. We have since moved, so a commute to the airport area shouldn't take as long.
