Indefinite amount of resources to resolve every call.

Cons

Customers will have a general bad experience and regardless of your attempt to express the survey is based on their experience with you they place a bad survey which impacts your performance and possibly effect your bonus.

Intuit offers a great inclusive culture, extensive training and timely rewards for exceptional performance.

Cons

I am a seasonal employee hired to support TurboTax during tax season. I wish I was able to have this flexible remote schedule all year.

Able to choose your hours, great bonus incentive's, and great pay. Also able to work with team members with different backgrounds.

Cons

Sometimes, glitches with software, other than that I don't have any con's.
