Pros

Turbo Tax provide has a variety of learning tools, great communication on updated laws, pay, and scheduling for flexibility. I know the company want to see us grow and e promoted in the company.

Cons

The constant computer system changes has caused several system problems all season. Hopefully they will have it worked out as the system is tested and updated.

Need more hands on training with going through different types of returns to get familiar with the program before going live.
