      Pros

      Intuit is a great company that has helped me develop from a shy person into a thriving leader. I have personally been moved from position to position since i have started about 5 years ago and love that i can get experiance in so many different areas of Intuit.

      Cons

      Since starting here the employee recognition has gone down, you can work really hard on multiple teams across the company and not be noticed for your hard work for many years. They seem to take advantage of hard working employees by not recognizing all of their hard work.

      Pros

      Intuit has an open culture that encourages innovation and creativity. There is a lot of latitude for taking calculated risks, and the openness helps us all learn from our collective mistakes.

      Cons

      Intuit is small for a large company, and large for a small company...so there are times when we wrestle with who we are.

      Pros

      The company does provide environment for work life balance as it promises. Company pays well to its employees. People are good here.

      Cons

      It is not a pure technology company so engineers who want to be hands on with latest technologies should not expect much from here. Although the company is having too much of re-org, real direction of the company is till not clear to employees. Lot of work is still done using old legacy code which helps no where to the new gen employees.
