Pros

People here are respectful of each other. No yelling or cursing. Interesting products & we get to talk to our customers a lot (vs products that go out and you never find out how they get used).

Cons

One drawback: no on-site gym.

Pros

The people. There's nothing like working in a place where everyone checks their egos at the door, respects each others' expertise and viewpoints, and focuses on making solid progress towards shared goals. Time and effort is all largely spent towards making real progress. It's a great feeling.

Cons

Corporate-type issues. One of the most un-corporate corporations I've ever seen but still has the occasional challenge to overcome barriers, physical or ideological, due to many campuses all over and the vast number of employees.

Cons

Bureaucratic, slow to change, slow to innovate, bad cafeteria food
