Pros

We care and give back - A week off each year to do work in the community or for charity. Great benefits. Starbucks on-campus. Work-Life balance. For real - it's not just talk here. Supportive organization. Career development is important. Quarterly reviews and goal setting. Great management practices.

Cons

There is an opportunity to innovate more to drive future growth. There is a push to correct this, though. Some management in the middle of the organization could use better training. Front line managers don't have the same effectiveness as the senior leaders. The best welder in a group shouldn't be made a manager of welders.

Pros

Intuit is a great place to work because the people are so great especially the management. They have great benifits and pay. Intuit works hard to make sure the employees are happy. They offer compensation for volunteering and a gym reimbursement. Intuit also offers great insurance at low rates, as well as high 401k matching. They help you work on career development and reward you for good work. Bonuses are great. Attendance policy and dress code are fair. They provide a great christmas party and other activites through out the year. Intuit is a fun and great place to work.

Cons

There is a lot of change so if you don't like it don't come.
