      Pros

      The culture is amazing and they consistently encourage personal growth and professional development. Intuit lives their values and is committed to their employees. I truly enjoy going to work every day and engaging with my coworkers.

      Cons

      They are very middle management heavy and this leads to a lack of productivity. We have several levels of management that spend every day consumed by meetings rather than managing employees.
