Pros
Terrific benefits, supportive culture, engaged leadership, and it's the best place I've ever worked. Community engagement and volunteering is part of the culture and highly encouraged. Employees are considered a valued resource and treated extremely well.
Cons
Limited advancement without a clear and defined process. If you want to advance, you have to drive your career development. If you want it you often have to push hard for an extended period. Leadership is aware though and they are working to improve career advancement... and it is getting better. Middle of the road wages/salary, but the benefits help balance it out along with working for such a terrific company.
