Pros

I love the way that I can plan and schedule my workday and have time for other things I like to do. I love the continuous training I receive. I love the camaraderie of my team members. I love the manager I have who is always available to assist. I love the happy/welcoming environment that is fostered by management at every level. Intuit offers opportunities to those like me, who retired and are looking for meaningful employment. I have truly found a place here at Intuit as I have been offered so much and compensated very well. I truly love my job.

Cons

There are really no CONS for me. I have been afforded a great opportunity, and I love my job.
