Pros

I can work from home, I chose my own schedule, I chose the type of help I will give.

Cons

Last year their were more incentives like swag points and gift cards. I don't even know the name of my co-workers this year and I at least attend 3 huddles a week. I feel Isolated working from home. No comradery.

Pros

The number one pro about this company is the flexibility that it offers its seasonal employees. They also care about the opinion of their employees and are trying to make it the best place to work while being customer obsessed.

Cons

The pay isn't much but at least you are giving lot of overtime which helps make up for the lack of great wages
