Cons

Start salary not high, however a lot of opportunities to go up the ladder It is up to you, if you are motivated and want to learn It is a tech company and changes come fast, adaptability is a must and learning to pivot

I enjoy intermingling with other members of my team. I feel like we are all part of and extended family. I like the fact that everyone helps each other and that we can discuss issues with each other. I like the Leads that we have I have not had an issues with any of them they know the program and I praise God for their knowledge

Cons

I definitely do not like when the computer drops a call and you have a hard time getting back in touch with them. The screen share sometimes is an issue and will not let you share the screen having that available to be able to help the client is a plus.
