Pros

Tons of resources, advanced AI assitants, and accessibility to tax informaiton and tax clients.

Cons

Sometimes there are technical issues and it makes servicing customers with quality a challenge. The pay is low, and I wish there were more incentives.

Pros

I enjoy working at TurboTax, this is my fourth season and plan to return for years to come. I have the freedom to run my own show, choose my own schedule. There are some amazing opportunities with career advancement/development.

Cons

The only thing I might complain about is that occasionally there are issues with the tools not working, but on the bright side, they are usually fixed relatively quickly.
