Work from Home construct my own schedule Intuit provides equipment gave me a screen to keep. doing what I've been enjoying for years Love helping people great manager Erik Ricci lets me do what I need with micromanaging but will bring potential problems to my attention. Challenging. you never know who you'll be dealing with. It's always a surprise. (Once had a cx assaulted while I was on the phone with CX.) alerted a lead that alerted the authorities.)
Cons
Pays very little compared to my years of expertise. Doing Taxes since 1975. that's 50 years most of it in NY with multi-state returns required. Did NYS for years but never took the course to be certified in NY, still only paid $20 per hour.
