Pros

Awesome company, everyone works together as a team. Training programs are the best, easy to follow and very informative. You don't ever feel like you have to solve anything on your own. Working from home with flexible hours is a definite plus. This company genuinely care about their customers and their employees. I hope to work for Intuit for many more years.

Cons

I don't really have cons for my job. Sometimes it can be a little stressful during peak season but you just have to remember all your fellow team members have your back and can help you thru any situation.
