Pros

Flexible Schedule Generous incentives Friendly coworkers and managers (even if we are remote) A lot of valuable trainings They pay your materials to become Enrolled Agent if you want to and give you a bonus of $1000 if you pass. You get reimbursed for your CE and PTIN number paid.

Cons

At the very end of the season you might received calls out of your expertise but not bad they have resources and very knowledge people who will shadow you. That's not really cons. The pay is too low for the volume of work.
