Pros

QuickBooks, free training and remote work opportunities. Great place for people who enjoy being underpaid and used like a slave.

Cons

The commission for contractors is insulting. Any salesperson worth their salt will not tolerate $500 a month in commission for being 150% over goal. Intuit likes to dangle the carrot of “permanent employment” and many fall for the ploy. Sorry, not working to make Intuit millions for $500.

Pros

Pay and PTO are great.

Cons

It used to be a company focused on values and having top talent, now it's about delivering fast even if its buggy and throwing people under the bus so the layoff is not on you. Leadership takes little to no accountability when things go sideways even if it was their decision to go in a certain direction. Now it's finding someone to blame for the problems. There is no work-life balance either, expect to be called on weekends, holidays or middle of the night.

Pros

Good benefits, decent compensation too.

Cons

Intuit is not the same company it used to be. It promotes "talk" over "action", favoritism and lack of accountability. There's a lot of toxic culture, a lot of politics. High stress environment in many of the corners of the company. There's no integrity whatsoever.
