Pros

Good Campus, 401k, ESPP, RSU grants are good but not as good as other comparable companies.

Cons

A highly political environment will severely affect your health. No growth no promotion. In spite of promoting internally, they hire people from outside. Plat favoritism. Intuit values are not followed. COE of the company has completely abandoned its employee. 360 Pulse Survey is not to improve but to get revenge from the employee to through them out. Incompetent and toxic Managers/Director stays way too long and destroys culture and nothing seems to be done about that. They take credit for the work and blame engineers for everything wrong with their group. Internal Mobility is difficult and political. Please look somewhere else if you want to learn something new and be excited about your life.

Pros

The benefits are excellent, there is room to move up, if you are a skilled bookkeeper and know QBO you will move up to leadership rolls and manager rolls, pay is based on your location, all tools are provided, hours are mostly flexible

Cons

There are some AWFUL managers- There are a lot of bullies and there is a lot of gaslighting and finger pointing going on. You can't trust HR it is an outside company that doesn't understand accounting /bookkeeping and if you have an employee issue and take it to them they just don't get it. There was a manager that pushed two people so hard they ended up with medical issues, there was a team leader that admitted to railroading people out that she didn't like and the upper management refused to do anything about her, and she actually continues to do this to multiple employees. Working remotely you can still be harassed, bullied and made to feel horrible believe me there are some evil people that work for this company and no one has done anything about it and yes it was reported multiple times.

Pros

None of your business at this time.

Cons

No work life balance. Expectation is 50 - 60 hours a week. New CEO is Sasan, is a "horrible" leader. No empathy and everything that comes out of his mouth is BS.
