Outdated systems Product needs a lot of improvement The culture has changed in recent months, UK marketing management are causing some of the best talent to leave and if they haven't left already, they're seriously considering it. The staff turnover over in the past year has accelerated and despite giving lots of 'feedback' (Intuit's favourite thing!) it doesn't seem to be making any difference, as seen by the recent Annual Employee Survey results which should have been a catalyst for management change but hasn't been. Staff are listened to but not heard by HR as the managers are still there and still causing stress and headaches, marching to their own beat without bringing everyone along with them, just cracking the whip.

Too much of politics Unfair performance appraisal Technically incompetent management Skills are not utilized People who can ONLY make a brand for themselves can grow up the ladder, whether they are technically capable or not does not matter
