Pros

Salary Where Employees are literally pampered Great benefits

Cons

Job stability. Too much organizational politics. If you are joining on the Desktop side, not a good time to go now. They really don't have a clue as to what their Desktop strategy is, and currently in a "Hire and Fire" mode. If you want to stay on, you are pretty much at the mercy of your bosses and get ready to go out of your ways to "please" them. Tough luck otherwise.

Pros

Some groups are good, pay, bonus, ESPP, RSU, transport facility

Cons

Very bad higher management - if they do not like you, you are out of the company. No use what ever skilled person you are - you need to be a politician to work here.
