Pros

Great pay, benefits. You'll work on challenging problems. Very customer focused. Clear vision and direction for existing and new products.

Cons

Some managers are unethical. A few bad apples have ruined the experience. Upper management seems unaware of the mediocre, even substandard quality of some of the mid and lower level management.

Pros

Great set of people (smart, funny, caring), solid business and millions of customers (which means bonuses and profit sharing every year), great culture (non-political, nurturing, integrity values), fantastic CEO, perks and benefits (gym, conference, reimbursement for classes, etc.).

Cons

Intense workload during business season, most work is to enhance the legacy applications (so, it take a while to learn the existing code and make sure you don't break anything).

Pros

Great passion for product. Great work-life balance. A company that takes people and values seriously.

Cons

Not really a tech company though it has very capable people. Too much focus on team dynamics and other non-tech stuff.
