Intuit has transformed itself from desktop company to cloud based product company. - Very competent salary. - Best in class Maternity and Paternity leaves for India - Open culture. Open door policy for all levels. - Flexibility to work on new tech. - Design thinking philosophy is in Intuits DNA

- Sometimes business priorities drive away innovation opportunities. but this depends on the team/product/timing. - Changing environment can be difficult to cope with at times.
